As the name suggests, the Deep Cold Down Jacket is meant for anyone who faces extremely cold conditions. Whether youre on an expedition in Greenland or climbing high up in the Himalayas, the Deep Cold Down Jacket by Montane guarantees top insulation power. The outer material consists of robust Pertex Endurance mini ripstop. Underneath it, youll find a 400g water-repellent ECO Titanium fill made of goose down. It has a fill power of 800+ and an excellent down-to-feather ratio of 90:10. Its certified according to the Responsible Down Standard. That means you can trace the source of the goose down without gaps or errors. The box-wall construction of down compartments prevents cold spots. An additional layer of PrimaLoft Silver ECO synthetic fiber material is integrated underneath it. The generous cut leaves room for a few layers underneath this down jacket. The AquaGuard front zip has a dual wind guard along its entire length. The adjustable hood is compatible with climbing helmets. You can remove the hood if necessary.
