The Women's Prism Jacket from Montane is a hugely versatile insulated jacket designed for all outdoor activities. Think of it as the fleece jacket of the 21st century, with the added benefits of being far lighter, far more packable and windproof. It will soon become your 'go to' jacket for chilly spring and autumn hikes, exposed fell top lunch stops or for sitting outside the tent as the evening temperature drops.
Using 40g PrimaLoft® insulation throughout ensures that the Prism is warm yet lightweight enough to be worn on the move in cool conditions. Used and abused by Mountain Rescue teams across the UK, the Prism can be worn as a mid-layer within any shell system or alone as an outer jacket in drier weather.
The fully adjustable hood comes in to its own when seeking shelter from the wind, while the Prism's DWR coating will happily shed light rain, mist or snow. The Primaloft® fill won't mind a bit of rain either and insulates even when wet.
