Six thousand years ago, the early civilizations of the Andes knew the value of quinoa: the sustaining, protein-rich grain is known to this day as "Inca gold". The Mexican-style Quinoa is packed with vegetables to provide perfect nutrition for modern-day adventurers. The spicy dish is vegan, gluten and lactose-free and free from artificial colors, preservatives and flavor enhancers. A hint of cilantro underscores the delicate flavors typical of Central American dishes.
Ingredients: tomato sauce, quinoa 15%, red quinoa 15%, kidney beans, seasoning (contains celery), potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum, sweet corn, leeks, celery, sugar, cumin.
Directions: Pour boiling water directly into the bag up to 7.5 cm on the scale (320 ml), stir thoroughly. Close the bag and let it rest for 8 minutes.
