The Scarpa Vapor V climbing shoe is ideal for intermediate to advanced level climbers and for all disciplines, route climbing, multi-pitch, or bouldering, on resin holds or natural rocks. It is a lightweight and snug fitting shoe, offering a good push and precision thanks to the firm toe area and confidence inspiring heel. Therefore, the slight asymmetrical shape does not prevent good performance, more so because of the down turned shape. The Bi-Tension outsole allows the Vapor V to retain its shape for a long time and connects the heel to the toe so that when loading the toe area, the heel follows. The Vibram XS Edge rubber is perfect for handling technical edges and steep overhangs while still staying sensitive enough for smears and slabs
